Our “Fresh Look On Well-Being” Workshop
 
This workshop takes a holistic approach to individual and team wellness with sustainable tools and methods delivered through an interactive workshop delivered by certified Holistic Life Coaches and Leadership coaches in a one day 6 hour “online retreat”. Participants can expect to learn ways of coping with stress, effective methods of regenerating energy and early-stage identification of burnout symptoms.
