Team Building Workshops
Our team building experiences are designed as immersive, high-impact engagements that go beyond surface-level connection and create meaningful shifts in how teams communicate, collaborate, and perform. Whether delivered as a one, two, or three-day experience, each program is intentionally structured in phases that build from awareness to application. Teams begin by developing a shared understanding of what drives behaviour, communication, and conflict, creating a common language that strengthens trust and alignment. From there, the experience moves into practical, scenario-based modules where teams apply these insights in real time, navigating challenges, decision making, and collaboration under pressure. Each engagement is tailored to the team’s environment and objectives, blending facilitated discussions, interactive exercises, and reflection to ensure the learning is both engaging and immediately transferable. The result is not just a stronger sense of connection, but a more cohesive, adaptable, and high-performing team.
Intergenerational Collaboration
This module helps participants understand the perspectives, values, and working styles of different generations in the workplace. Leaders develop the ability to bridge gaps, reduce friction, and create stronger alignment across teams with diverse experiences.
Multigenerational & Multicultural Communication
Participants explore how generational and cultural differences shape communication, expectations, and behaviour. The focus is on increasing awareness and adaptability, allowing leaders to communicate effectively across diverse teams and environments.
Multicultural Communication
This session builds cultural intelligence by helping participants recognize how culture influences communication styles, decision making, and relationship dynamics. Leaders learn how to approach conversations with greater awareness, respect, and effectiveness.
Effective Communication
A foundational module that strengthens clarity, intention, and impact in everyday communication. Participants learn how to structure messages, reduce misunderstandings, and communicate in a way that drives alignment and action.
Assertive Communication
This module focuses on helping individuals communicate with confidence while maintaining respect for others. Participants learn how to express needs, set boundaries, and navigate difficult conversations without avoidance or unnecessary conflict.
The Art of Listening
Leaders develop the ability to listen beyond words, improving understanding, trust, and connection. This module emphasizes presence, curiosity, and the discipline required to truly hear others in high-stakes and everyday interactions.
Wellbeing and Sustainable Performance
This module supports leaders in managing energy, stress, and overall wellbeing in demanding environments. Participants gain practical strategies to maintain focus, resilience, and consistency in their performance over time.
Stride F.L.O.W. Workshop
This workshop takes a holistic approach to individual and team wellness with sustainable tools and methods delivered through an interactive workshop delivered by certified Holistic Life Coaches and Leadership coaches in a one day 6 hour “online retreat”. Participants can expect to learn ways of coping with stress, effective methods of regenerating energy and early-stage identification of burnout symptoms.
Building Trusting Teams
This module focuses on the foundation of all high-performing teams: trust. Participants explore the behaviours, mindsets, and patterns that either build or erode trust, gaining practical tools to strengthen connection, accountability, and psychological safety within their teams. Through interactive discussion and real-world application, teams learn how to communicate openly, navigate tension, and create an environment where individuals feel supported to contribute at their best. This module is available as a focused half-day session or can be expanded into a full-day experience for deeper application and team integration.
Operationalizing Organizational Values
This module bridges the gap between stated values and everyday behaviour. Participants gain clarity on what organizational values look like in action, translating them into specific decisions, behaviours, and standards that can be consistently lived across teams. Through guided discussion and practical exercises, leaders learn how to model values, reinforce them in real time, and embed them into communication, performance, and accountability. The result is a more aligned culture where values are not just words, but a clear and consistent way of operating.
